Install

Open the DMG and drag FRIGG into Applications.

Open it

Double-click FRIGG. It is signed and notarized, so macOS opens it without warnings. Allow the microphone when asked.

Add your key

On first launch FRIGG shows Add API key. Paste your OpenAI key into Settings and press Save and test. It is stored encrypted on your Mac and never leaves it except to call OpenAI.

Power users: a .env in ~/Library/Application Support/FRIGG/ also works, with optional DEEPGRAM_API_KEY= for real-time transcription.
