Refunds and Cancellation

FRIGG Pro is $12 a month or $96 a year, with 14 days free before the first charge. If it does not work for you, we would rather refund you than keep the money.

The trial

Nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all. Cancel from Settings, FRIGG Pro, Manage billing.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of a charge: email us and we refund it in full, no reason needed.
• After that: if FRIGG was broken, or you were charged for something you did not use, tell us what happened and we will make it right, usually with a full or prorated refund.
• Annual plans: cancel within 30 days of the charge for a full refund; after that we refund the unused months on request.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, and Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 days to show it.

Cancelling

Cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We do not ask why, and there is nothing to click through.
