Terms of Service

Last updated 29 August 2026

FRIGG is a macOS app made by Hyeon Min Song, a sole proprietor in San Jose, California. Using the app or buying FRIGG Pro means these terms apply. Questions go to hyeonminsong7@gmail.com, and a real person answers.

What you get

FRIGG listens while you work, transcribes what you say, and answers questions about it. It runs on your Mac, and the model behind it runs on our key. An account is required. Two ways to pay for it:

Your account

FRIGG needs an email address, and signing in means entering a code we email you. Keep your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else has.

Billing

What you may not do

What we do not promise

FRIGG is a small product, run by one person, on top of services (OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) that can fail. It is provided as-is, with no warranty. Its answers can be wrong: it is a rubber duck that talks back, not an authority. Check anything before you ship it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. We are not liable for lost work, lost data, or lost profit.

Ending it

You can stop any time by cancelling and deleting the app. We can suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and we will explain why by email first unless the problem is urgent.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email Pro users. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
